Standard designs usually start from 100–300 pieces per item, depending on size and material. Customized designs may require slightly higher quantities. Trial orders and mixed-container orders are welcome — contact us with your target quantities and we'll confirm feasibility quickly.
Yes. Sizes, shapes, colors, fabric weights, stitching details, embroidered logos and packaging can all be customized to your drawings, samples or reference photos. We can also develop new designs from your market brief.
Absolutely. Existing samples can be sent within 3–5 working days; customized samples take about 7–12 working days. Sample fees are refundable or deducted from your bulk order once it is confirmed.
Typically 20–30 days after order confirmation and deposit, depending on quantity and customization level. Peak season (August–November) may add about one week — we always confirm the exact schedule before you place the order.
We accept T/T (bank transfer) with 30% deposit and balance before shipment, as well as PayPal and Western Union for sample fees and small orders. L/C at sight is available for established customers on larger contracts.
We ship worldwide by sea (FCL/LCL), air, and international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Shipping terms FOB, CIF and DDP are all workable, loading from Qingdao or Ningbo ports. Full export documents — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin — are provided.
Yes. We use natural wool and pet-safe wool blends, with AZO-free dyes and no harmful chemical residues. Material test reports (e.g. REACH / CA Prop 65 scope) can be arranged for your market on request.
Every order passes in-line inspection during production plus a final AQL-based inspection before packing. Photos and videos of finished goods are shared for approval before shipment, and third-party inspection (SGS/BV) is welcome.
Of course. We are located in Xingtai, Hebei — about 1.5 hours from Shijiazhuang by high-speed rail. Factory tours, material reviews and face-to-face design discussions can all be arranged. Virtual meetings and live video factory walks are available too.
